Building 112-113 Renovations
We provided all new equipment and services for this project from start to finish.
This 3.5 million dollar renovation included all explosion proof Class I division I equipment and controls.
We provided all process chilled water piping and steam piping as well as piping for the mechanical heating and cooling to the 21,000 CFM engineered air unit for the building. We installed a strobic low level fume exhaust that we also used for heat recovery to provide warm air intake on our 100 percent outside air make up air unit. We installed a 300 ton, outdoor Trane screw chiller, and a 500 ton Trane centrifugal chiller that provided full building automation.
Romanos Farmers Market
We installed two furnaces and air conditioning systems for this 5,000 square foot market, as well as radiant floor heat in the concrete floor. We installed a refrigeration rack system for all of the coolers, a walk in cooler for their produce. All refrigeration piping and duct work was engineered, fabricated, and installed by us.
We removed copper fin domestic water boilers and storage tank. We then installed a new steam boiler with a heat exchanger to heat water on demand for laundry services and all domestic water needs. We also installed two new Hurst steam boilers and re-piped all of the dry cleaning equipment to lower fuel consumption.
We replaced nineteen rooftop units for comfort heating and cooling to all areas of the hotel, as well as 210 new room PTAC units and pool make up air units.
We removed aging and harmful chemical pool filtration
system. We installed new sand filters, heating boilers, circulation, filtration pumps, new piping and a fill station.
